Terms of Service

You must read all of the TOS to commission or purchase a fursuit from me.

I do not work with minors.

• Payment Plans: I prefer full payment but I do accept payment plans. The amount of time it takes to pay off your fursuit is NOT included in the turnaround time. You are required to put 30% of the total cost as a down payment. The payment schedule can be discussed on a case by case basis. The maximum amount of time to pay off your project would be 2 months for anything smaller than a semi-partial. Anything larger would be increased to 3-4 months max. The payment and due date for the finished plan varies by the amount you spend. You will receive all this information in the quote I give you. If you are late on a payment you will be charged a 5% late fee for each payment missed on purchases up to $2000. Anything over $2000 for the purchase price would be $100. Late fees do not go any higher than $100. Please be financially aware before choosing a payment plan. I am a small maker and I use this income to support myself. I currently only accept Paypal, Cash, Venmo, Square, and Cashapp.

 

• Work Schedule: Depending on my workload I will prioritize the first slot but to prevent burn out I may work on multiple projects at once.  My fursuit work is currently part time.

• Communication: Please do not message me too often for updates. There are some parts of the project where a day's worth of work still looks the same as the previous update. I have a trello and a discord channel where I post my updates. I will not tolerate harassment. Your commission will be cancelled and you will be blacklisted.

• Cancellation: You will not receive the money spent on materials for the project. If you are to cancel I will refund you as soon as possible. I will need time to look for a new client to take your spot or you will need to sell your slot. Any work done will be finished and sold. Canceling a project with me will make you unable to commission me again for 5 years. I have the right to cancel your project for any reason such as major life issues in which you will receive a full refund including material purchase price. If I cancel your project due to harassment you will be blacklisted from ever commissioning me. I will cancel your commission if I find out you are racist, transphobic, homophobic, xenophobic, a pedophile, or a zoophile.

• Edits/Sizing: Do not commission a bodysuit if you know if you are gaining weight, losing weight, or bulking up during your commission. I understand life happens but the added time and cost of having to alter a suit after it has been completed messes with my schedule. If you decide to alter the suit, not like it, and ask me to fix it you will either be denied or charged.

• Ai Generation: I refuse to work with anything AI generated nor do I want my work being used to train anything Ai related. I will not accept your commission if you offer me an Ai created reference sheet.
