Chickdens can fly for 5 minutes straight then gets tired. Farmer Skrees keep them for their eggs, food, or as pets. The eggs have a property that can be used for magic. It's not common but their tails can grow crystals which are also sold for a decent price at markets.

Lesser Sprites are very harmless. They float about and idle, hardly ever causing any trouble. Lesser Sprites are often collected and eaten as food as they are a small health restorer for skrees (1/100) or kept as pets. Lesser Sprites, when concentrated enough in magic can grow into Greater Sprites.
